What the platform costs, set against the real monthly cost of running one fleet vehicle. Choose a plan, and tune the figures to your fleet.
The toggle adds the half of the VAT normally blocked on a car contract hire. If your VAT position differs, switch it off and enter the rental you actually pay. Other figures are net of recoverable VAT. Defaults are a typical fleet car over four years and 25,000 miles a year, with road tax in the rental and maintenance at our own rates. Employer’s National Insurance and the time to manage it all sit on top.
Billed monthly by Direct Debit through GoCardless, or by card. Add-ons such as driver licence checking and extra AI credits are available on any paid plan.

Who is Yalson for?
Yalson Commercial Consultancy Limited is designed for UK incorporated businesses, meaning limited companies and PLCs, managing their vehicles and fleets.
How does the free trial work?
You get the full platform and the AI unlocked for 14 days, on a fleet of any size, with no card needed to start. At the end you can move to a paid plan, or drop to the free tier for up to 3 vehicles.
What is the difference between Platform and Managed?
Platform gives you the tools and you run the fleet yourself. Platform + AI adds the intelligence: it reads your contracts and auto-populates your vehicle records, surfaces where you are losing money, generates a board pack on demand and lets you ask your fleet anything in plain English, such as which vehicles are due an MOT or most over their contract mileage. Managed is where a named Yalson team actively runs the fleet for you: negotiating, chasing suppliers and handling the admin, so the whole job is off your plate.
What will I actually pay?
Your plan's per-vehicle price, billed monthly, plus VAT at the prevailing rate. Optional add-ons such as driver licence checking or extra AI credits are opt-in and priced up front, so there is nothing hidden on the invoice.

All prices shown are per vehicle per month and exclude VAT. VAT is added at the prevailing rate on your invoice.
